This Craftsman style house was built by George and Edith McCoy about 1923. It was purchased a few years later by Rae and Truman Trullinger. Mr. Trullinger was Mayor of Olympia for several years in the 1940s. He was also one of the “Doorstep Babies” chronicled in Workingman’s Hill, chapter 9.
The house is on the local register and located in the South Capitol National Historic Neighborhood.
