Looking Back’s theme for 2026 is Downtown by the Decades. The Emma Page Fountain in Sylvester Park was created in 1905 to honor Miss Page, a temperance advocate and animal lover. Vandalism damaged the fountain in the 1990s. Thanks to the efforts of the Olympia Heritage Commission, the fountain was repaired and restored in 2000.
