The Robbins House is an excellent and well preserved example of the Pioneer style that is common in the Bigelow Highlands of Olympia’s East Side. The Robbins family arrived here in about 1880, and several descendants still live in the area. Edward or Ernest O. Robbins built this home about 1890; another Robbins built the nearby Robbins-Mallett House and several others in East Olympia.
